Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me, you agree to the following:Commissions are not first-come first-served. I reserve the right to decline any order I feel is not within my skillset or does not suit my art style. I will only accept commissions that I believe I can work on to my full potential.I maintain all rights to my artworks. Unless otherwise agreed, I am allowed to use my artwork for any purpose. This includes but is not limited to: publishing my work on social media, livestreaming the process, use in my portfolio, use in speedpaints, and in the case of fanart, use in the creation of merchandise. This applies even in the case of works created for commercial use.Tracing or copying my artwork is not allowed. Edits are permitted in specific and limited cases, but I must be contacted to allow it in advance. In addition, if the client is to repost or use the image as an icon, banner, etc. on social media, they must credit back to me (saiyakyun) somewhere visible.I accept full payment upfront via PayPal invoice. I currently do not accept any other methods of payment.Edits can only be made during the sketch phase. This does not include the correcting of any mistakes made by me, which are to be done free of charge at any phase of the artwork. I will update the client on the process at irregular intervals unless requested otherwise.Cancellation of artwork is allowed up to the sketch phase. Clients can fully cancel a commission until I begin the sketch, in which case the client can be refunded 50% of the price up until the sketch is completed. Commissions can not be canceled past completion of the sketch.Commission process can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6+ months. Unless a rush fee has been charged, the client acknowledges that there may be a long wait (6+ months) until completion of the artwork. If I am unable to complete a commission, the client will be contacted and refunded.I will not accept any overly-specific requests. To create a good artwork to the best of my ability, I prefer to maintain artistic liberty to an extent. This being said, suggestions for poses, atmosphere, and expressions are still welcome.Usage of my artwork for NFTs or AI learning is entirely prohibited.
Commissions are flexible in regards to pose and perspective. Depending on the concept, composition can vary greatly from piece to piece. Because these are complete illustrations in which I hope to apply the full extent of my creativity to, they may not be ideal for reference material. The goal of these illustrations is to give life to the character I am to draw.
